用狗作实验对象,对正常对照组、外科性造裂组、腭裂两瓣法修复组和腭裂全裂隙植骨修复组的术前及术后2、4、6、10、14、18、22、26、30和34周的上颌牙及牙弓形态进行动态观察。结果显示:4组中牙和牙弓生长变化的自身增长率在乳牙列期和恒牙列期均有显著性差异,但恒牙列期的组间差异大于乳牙列期。结果揭示:腭裂本身可以引起牙弓形态的畸形改变,硬腭术后裸露骨面之瘢痕组织加重了牙弓的生长抑制,腭裂全裂隙植骨可以拮抗腭裂及腭裂修复术后的磨牙区横向生长抑制。
Dogs as experimental subjects, normal control group, surgical cleft group, cleft palate cleft palate repair group and cleft palate fissure repair group before and after surgery 2,4,6,10,14,18,22 , 26,30 and 34 weeks of maxillary teeth and dental arch dynamic observation. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the self-growth rate of the growth of the middle teeth and the dental arch between the dentition and the permanent dentition in the four groups, but the difference between the permanent dentition and the permanent dentition was greater than that of the deciduous dentition. The results revealed that cleft palate itself could cause deformity of dental arch, scar tissue of bare palate after hard palate aggravated dental arch growth, cleft palate fissured allograft can antagonize cleft palate and lateral growth inhibition after cleft palate repair .
