dl-四氢巴马汀明显对抗催产素和KCl所引起的大鼠离体子宫的收缩反应,对高K~+去极化后Ca~(2+)所引起的子宫收缩有明显松弛作用。使CaCl_2量效曲线右移,并抑制最大效应。对催产素依赖细胞内Ca~(2+)和细胞外Ca~(2+)的两部分收缩均有明显抑制,但对依赖细胞内Ca~(2+)的收缩抑制更强。结果表明dl-四氢巴马汀在子宫平滑肌上具有钙拮抗作用。
dl-tetrahydropalmatine significantly antagonized oxytocin and KCl caused by isolated rat uterine contractile response to high K ~ + depolarization Ca ~ (2+) caused by a significant relaxation of uterine contraction. So CaC_2 dose-effect curve shifted to the right, and inhibit the maximum effect. On the oxytocin dependent intracellular Ca ~ (2+) and extracellular Ca ~ (2+) in both parts of the contraction were significantly inhibited, but dependent on intracellular Ca ~ (2+) contraction inhibition. The results show that dl-tetrahydropalmatine has calcium antagonism on uterine smooth muscle.
