目的:用离子色谱法测定硝酸甘油注射液中亚硝酸根的含量。方法:采用IonPacAS11-HC色谱柱(250 mm×4mm,9.0μm);柱温为25℃;淋洗液为氢氧化钾溶液(20 mmoL·L-1);淋洗液流速为1.10 ml·min-1;电导池温度25℃。结果:亚硝酸根进样量在0.01~0.50μg范围内(即当进样体积为100μl时,被测定溶液在0.1~5.0μg·ml-1浓度范围内)与亚硝酸根色谱峰的峰面积有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.7%,最低定量限以被测定溶液计算为0.022 9μg·ml-1。结论:本方法简便、准确、快速,适用于硝酸甘油注射液中亚硝酸根的含量测定。
Objective: To determine nitrite content in nitroglycerin injection by ion chromatography. METHODS: IonPac AS11-HC (250 mm × 4 mm, 9.0 μm) was used as column chromatography. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The eluent was potassium hydroxide solution (20 mmoL·L -1). The eluent flow rate was 1.10 ml Min-1; cell temperature 25 ℃. Results: The peak area of the nitrite peak was within the range of 0.01-0.50 μg (ie, when the injection volume was 100 μl, the measured solution was within the range of 0.1-5.0 μg · ml -1) A good linear relationship, the average recovery was 98.7%, the lowest limit of quantification to be measured solution was calculated as 0.022 9μg · ml-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and rapid and suitable for the determination of nitrite in nitroglycerin injection.
