过去一般的螯合剂治疗金属中毒,往往由于其“广谱络合”作用而排走了体内的基本元素或由于螯合剂本身固有的毒性,造成了治疗上的困难。近年的一些研究指出,甲基汞中毒能用一种比较稳定并具有足够分子量的螯合剂来阻断它的肠肝循环,经粪有效地增加体内甲基汞的排泄。本文作者合成了一种聚合型汞螯合剂(mercury-binding polymer,MBP),进行了实验动物的药理研究。
In the past, chelators generally treated metal poisoning, often due to its “broad spectrum complexation” effect, which eliminated the essential elements of the body or posed the therapeutic difficulties due to the intrinsic toxicity of the chelating agent itself. In recent years, some studies have pointed out that methylmercury poisoning can use a more stable and sufficient molecular weight chelator to block its enterohepatic circulation, the manure increased effectively excretion of methylmercury in vivo. The authors synthesized a polymeric mercury-binding polymer (MBP) and studied the pharmacology of experimental animals.
