科技咨询业经历了十余年的历程,已经发展成为各级科协工作的重要组成部分。它的兴起与发展,不仅强化了科协的社会服务功能,增强了各级科协工作活力,而且对技术市场的形成与发展,加速科技成果转化为现实生产力起到了巨大的推动作用。但是在新世纪到来之际,科技咨询业远不能适应经济发展的要求,就其整体水平来看,仍处于起步阶段。主要表现在基础薄弱,手段落后,机制不完善,人的素质不高。从发展前景来看,科技咨询业困难和机遇并存,如何重振旗鼓,再创辉煌,笔者认为应着重思考和解决以下几个问题: 1.深化改革,建立符合新形势要 Science and technology consulting industry has experienced more than 10 years of history, has developed into an important part of the work of science and technology at all levels. As far as its overall level is concerned, it is still in its infancy. Mainly manifested in the weak foundation, laggard means, imperfect mechanism, human quality is not high. From the perspective of development, the difficulties and opportunities for science and technology consulting industry co-exist, how to rejuvenate and create greater glories, I think we should focus on thinking and solving the following questions: 1.
