This paper points out that the ten musical symbols on Taнг.22 / 1 preserved in the Oriental Literature Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences are the first flute records in the Song and Yuan dynasties and the earliest samples of the existing phonetic system. It is the same as Jiang’s “Whitehead Taoist songs” in the score, “things Lin Guangji” in the flute spectrum, the Yuan Dynasty music collection “Yuefu Huncheng set” in the same system, the same order with the “Liao history · big Music ”of the cross table, and with the English version of Or.12380 / 21 Xixia notebook on the appearance of music and almost the same order. This shows that this kind of croissant in Song and Liao territory popular at the same time, Most likely also popular in Western Xia.
