致死量γ线整体照射后,机体造血组织遭受严重损害,造血干细胞及有增殖力的有核细胞急骤减少,出现造血障碍及空虚。免疫功能及血凝系统的破坏,容易引起感染、出血死亡。骨髓移植后,由于输入数量较多的造血干细胞,造血功能恢复较快,感染及出血减轻,得以免于死亡,或延长活存时间。 骨髓移植成功的主要关键,取决于骨髓移植的种类、组织相容性、输入造血细胞数量及时间。
After the lethal dose of γ ray is irradiated as a whole, the hematopoietic tissue of the body suffers serious damage, and the hematopoietic stem cells and the proliferating nucleated cells rapidly decrease, causing hematopoietic disorders and emptiness. Immune function and destruction of the coagulation system, easily lead to infection, bleeding and death. After bone marrow transplantation, due to the large number of hematopoietic stem cells, hematopoietic function recovered quickly, infection and hemorrhage were relieved, and death or prolongation of survival time was prolonged. The key to successful BMT depends on the type of bone marrow transplant, histocompatibility, and the amount and timing of hematopoietic cells.
