在土壤水分充足(含水量13.1% )和干旱(4.7% )条件下,对处于沙漠化不同演替阶段的两种沙生植物冷蒿和差巴嘎蒿的多项抗旱性生理指标进行了测定,结果表明:1.在两种土壤水分状况下,冷蒿的相对水分亏缺、束缚水含量、束/自值、综合抗旱性指数和脯氨酸含量均明显高于差巴嘎蒿,水势均低于差巴嘎蒿。2.土壤水分由充足变为干旱时,冷蒿上述指标增加或降低的幅度远远大于差巴嘎蒿,如水分相对亏缺冷蒿增加 7.37% ,差巴嘎蒿增加0.29% ;束缚水含量冷蒿增加 11.57% ,差巴嘎蒿增加4.81% ,冷蒿的束/自值和脯氨酸含量的增加约为差巴嘎蒿的 10 倍。3.冷蒿的叶绿素含量(叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素)在土壤干旱且持续时间较长时均高于差巴嘎蒿,土壤水分充足时则低于差巴嘎蒿。4.土壤干旱时,冷蒿在一日内各时刻的蒸腾速率、气孔导度和水势值皆低于差巴嘎蒿,且日间波动平缓。
Under drought stress (water content of 13.1%) and drought (4.7%), the drought resistance physiological indexes of two Artemisia frigida and Artemisia halodendron plants in different succession stages of desertification The determination results show that: 1. Under the condition of two kinds of soil moisture, the relative water deficit, bound water content, beam / self value, integrated drought resistance index and proline content of Artemisia frigida were significantly higher than those of Artemisia halodendron, Artemisia. 2. When soil moisture changed from sufficient to dry, the increase or decrease of above indexes of A. frigida is much larger than those of A. halophila, for example, relative increase of 7.37% of A. frigida and 0.29% The water content of Artemisia frigida increased 11.57%, Artemisia halodendron increased 4.81%, Artemisia frigida bundles / self value and proline content increased about 10 times worse than that of Artemisia halodendron. 3. Chlorophyll content (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll) of Artemisia frigida was higher than that of Artemisia halodendron when the soil was dry and longer, while Artemisia halodendron was lower when soil moisture was sufficient. 4. When the soil was dry, the transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and water potential of Artemisia frigida were lower than those of Artemisia halodendron at different times of day, and the intraday fluctuations were gentle.
