一、命令式风格/风格/A适用于7~8年级体育课(两个片段,每个片段20分钟)导入两种基本的入水方式学生:服从教师的指导/命令,学会简单的入水方式(与水面同高):开始是直体由脚先入水,然后用屈膝的方式入水。教师:安排设施,确定教学指令,让学生能够进行直体和屈膝两种方式入水。同时教师也要注意课堂安全,防止溺水发生(见表1)。二、练习式风格/风格B适用于9~10年级游泳技术课(一个片段40分钟)游泳——自由泳学生:按照教师的要求和演示对下面的每个学习内容进行练习(见表2)。教师:要保持观察学生,必要时给予反馈。
