本研究以桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorum)为试材,采用热水浸提法,对10种不同产地的桔梗多糖提取工艺进行优化,通过最优条件和同一条件下提取的桔梗多糖,比较分析各个产地桔梗多糖的提取率及得率的差异。结果显示:十个产地桔梗多糖的提取率大小依次为:吉林>内蒙>云南>河北>湖北>安徽>甘肃>河南>四川>山东,即70.64%>61.34%>56.60%>41.34%>40.65%>33.85%>30.63%>28.48%>27.74%>27.19%。吉林桔梗在各产地桔梗中含糖量较高且较易提取,在50℃、料水比1:20的条件下,提取率为70.64%,多糖得率为19.89%,可作为优质资源加以利用。
In this study, platycodon grandiflorum was used as experimental material to extract the polysaccharides from Platycodon grandiflorum in 10 different habitats. The optimum extraction conditions and extraction of Platycodon grandiflorum under the same conditions were compared. Polysaccharide extraction rate and yield differences. The results showed that the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Platycodon grandiflorum in ten places were as follows: Jilin> Inner Mongolia> Yunnan> Hebei> Hubei> Anhui> Gansu> Henan> Sichuan> 70.64%> 61.34%> 56.60%> 41.34%> 40.65% > 33.85%> 30.63%> 28.48%> 27.74%> 27.19%. Campanulaceae kikuchi in the high sugar content and more easily extracted, at 50 ℃, material to water ratio of 1:20, the extraction rate was 70.64%, polysaccharide yield was 19.89%, can be used as a good resource .
