为明确烤烟新品种NC102与NC297的田间最佳采烤时期,采用田间试验研究了不同叶龄采收对烤烟外观特征、等级结构、内在化学成分及感官评吸质量的影响。结果表明:NC102品种的最佳采烤叶龄为下部烟叶57 d、中部烟叶71 d、上部烟叶92 d;NC297品种的最佳采烤叶龄为下部烟叶60 d、中部烟叶74 d、上部烟叶95 d。按上述叶龄采烤,这2个品种的烤后烟叶外观质量较优,等级质量较高,杂色烟比例较少,内在化学成分协调,感官评吸质量最优。
In order to clarify the best roasting period of the new varieties NC102 and NC297 in flue-cured tobacco fields, field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different leaf ages on the appearance characteristics, grading structure, internal chemical composition and sensory evaluation of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the best roasting leaf age for NC102 was 57 d for the lower leaves, 71 d for the middle leaves and 92 d for the upper leaves. The best roasted leaves for NC297 were 60 d for the lower leaves, 74 d for the middle leaves and 74 d for the upper leaves 95 d. According to the above leaf age, the quality of the roasted tobacco leaves of the two cultivars was better, the grade quality was higher, the percentage of mottled tobacco was less, the internal chemical components were coordinated, and the sensory evaluation was the best.
