目的:研究糖尿病病人血浆内皮素水平与血流动力学变化的关系。方法:用放射免疫分析法测定74例糖尿病和30名正常人的血浆内皮素水平,同时测定甲襞微循环及脑动脉血流。结果:糖尿病组的血浆内皮素水平明显高于对照组;血管并发症较严重的糖尿病病人其血浆内皮素水平高。糖尿病组的内皮素水平与脑动脉血流速度呈直线正相关;与甲襞微循环血流速度呈直线负相关。结论:血浆内皮素水平的高低在一定程度上反映了糖尿病病情的严重程度及血管损伤的程度。
Objective: To study the relationship between plasma endothelin level and hemodynamics in diabetic patients. Methods: The levels of plasma endothelin in 74 cases of diabetes mellitus and 30 normal subjects were determined by radioimmunoassay. The microcirculation of the nodules and cerebral blood flow were measured simultaneously. Results: The level of plasma endothelin in diabetic group was significantly higher than that in control group. The level of plasma endothelin was higher in diabetic patients with severe vascular complications. There was a linear positive correlation between endothelin level and cerebral blood flow velocity in diabetes mellitus group and a negative linear correlation with microcirculation flow rate in nailfold group. Conclusion: The level of plasma endothelin reflects to some extent the severity of diabetes and the degree of vascular injury.
