脑胶质瘤干细胞(BGSCs)是脑胶质瘤的“种子”细胞,具有自我更新、增殖和多向分化潜能等干细胞属性。BGSCs很可能为神经干细胞(NSCs)转化形成,或者是初步分化的神经祖细胞重新获得了干细胞特性转化而来。BGSCs的发现和成功分离是近来干细胞和胶质瘤起源研究的重大进展之一,对正确认识和理解脑胶质瘤的发生、发展,指导制定更有针对性的治疗措施等具有十分重要的意义。本文就BGSCs的研究进展及应用前景进行综述。
Glioma stem cells (BGSCs) are the “seed” cells of gliomas and have stem cell properties such as self-renewal, proliferation and multidrug differentiation potential. BGSCs are likely to be transformed into neural stem cells (NSCs), or transformed into primary differentiated neural progenitor cells to regain stem cell properties. The discovery and successful separation of BGSCs is one of the major progresses in the research of the origin of stem cells and gliomas in the recent years. It is of great significance to correctly understand and understand the occurrence and development of gliomas and to guide the development of more targeted treatment measures . This review summarizes the research progress and application prospects of BGSCs.
