在全球化的浪潮下,企业由于各自不同的原因选择进入国际市场,而且也选择了不同的进入策略。跨国兼并与收购被众多企业认为是有效的国际化步骤,但是在跨国兼并与收购后,企业需要解决的是企业文化融合的问题,因此,跨文化沟通也是影响跨国兼并与收购成功与否的评判标准之一。管理者需要通过一系列的方法来避免“并购综合征”的出现,最终使得跨国兼并与收购实现其应有的价值。
Under the tide of globalization, enterprises choose to enter the international market for different reasons, but also choose different entry strategies. Multinational mergers and acquisitions are regarded by many enterprises as effective international steps. However, after multinational mergers and acquisitions, enterprises need to solve the problem of corporate culture integration. Therefore, intercultural communication is also a measure of the success of cross-border M & As One of the standards. Managers need to avoid the emergence of “M & A syndrome ” through a series of methods, finally making the cross-border mergers and acquisitions realize its due value.
