我院从1985年1月至1988月7月采用消痔灵注射液治疗内痔454例,获得满意疗效,并随访2年以上病例100人,报道如下: 454例中,男322人;女132人;年龄11岁至78岁,平均为36.8岁;病程6个月至38年,平均7年。Ⅰ期内痔15例;Ⅱ期内痔144例;Ⅲ期内痔295例,其中Ⅲ期内痔继发静脉曲张型混合痔198例。治疗方法:用“消痔灵”与0.5％或1％的普鲁卡因配成1∶1液,按四步注射法,对Ⅲ期内痔以及Ⅲ期内痔引起的混合痔加强第四步注射,药液浓度改为1.5∶1,且药量适当加大。剂量为20至60毫升,平均30毫升。疗程为7至25天,15天内痊愈占85％。术后反应:454例患者术后均有不同程度的肛门坠胀及便意感或第一次排尿不畅等,均在24小时内自行消失。治疗结果:注射后,第一次排便未带血且不再脱出的454例,占98％,好转9例,并行二次注射治疗得到满意效果。随访结果:我们对2年以上的病例随访100人,其中治愈者86例,好转12例,复发2 Our hospital from January 1985 to July 1988 with Xiaozhiling 454 cases of internal hemorrhoids treatment, access to satisfactory results, and followed up for more than 2 years, 100 cases were reported as follows: 454 cases, 322 were male and 132 female ; Aged 11 to 78 years, mean 36.8 years; duration of 6 months to 38 years, an average of 7 years. 15 cases of hemorrhoids in stage Ⅰ, 144 cases of hemorrhoids in stage Ⅱ, 295 cases of stage Ⅲ hemorrhoids, and 198 cases of hemorrhoids secondary to mixed varicose hemorrhoids in stage Ⅲ.
