In the course of business operations, nothing is immutable. For this, any experienced managers are well aware. As time goes by, changes have always come one after another. Some changes are dripping stones, and some changes are sudden. However, changes often make people overwhelmed and run through all the fields of market, science and technology, methods, processes, technologies, rules and regulations, and even cover the management of art and management practices themselves. Good managers understand that in order to cope with these evolving changes or to take full advantage of the consequences of these changes, companies need to make frequent, positive changes in order to achieve long-term success. This adjustment is called “continuous improvement ”.
