《云街》是澳大利亚著名作家蒂姆·温顿的作品,小说叙述了两户普通的家庭在二战后的二十年间,生活在西澳首府佩斯所发生的故事,再现了当时澳洲乡下小镇的普通人民的生活面貌。人文地理学家段义孚所创建的人文地理学,定义了空间地方和人之间的关系。本文试图从人文地理学的角度来分析《云街》中所体现的两点空间表征:恋地情结和恐地情结。
“Cloud Street” is a famous Australian writer Tim Winton’s work, the novel describes the two ordinary families in the two decades after World War II, living in Perth, Western Australia’s capital story, a reproduction of the Australian township at that time Ordinary people’s life style. Humane geography, created by human geographer Duan Yi Fu, defines the relationship between space and place. This article attempts to analyze the two spatial representations in Cloud Street from the perspective of human geography: Love Complex and Fear Complex.
