为减少固体火箭发动机燃烧室衬层制造过程中产生的气泡,对气泡的来源和形成机理进行了分析和试验,通过采取控制原材料的含水量、料浆脱气的真空度以及衬层的固化温度等技术措施,大大减少了衬层中的气泡,提高了发动机的可靠性。
