目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。方法选择经冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查确诊为CHD的患者150例作为研究对象,另选经冠状动脉造影检查确诊为非CHD的健康人群30例作为对照组,以Gensini积分评价冠状动脉病变程度,采用ELISA法测定血清GDF-15水平。结果 CHD患者血清GDF-15水平高于对照组;随着冠状动脉病变支数的逐渐增加,CHD患者Gensini积分与GDF-15水平呈正相关;线性回归分析显示两者具有线性关系。结论血清GDF-15水平与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关,GDF-15水平可作为CHD患者冠状动脉病变程度的一个预测指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum level of differentiation-15 (GDF-15) and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 150 patients diagnosed as CHD by coronary angiography (CAG) were enrolled in this study. Another 30 healthy people diagnosed as CHD by coronary angiography were selected as the control group. The severity of coronary artery disease was evaluated by Gensini score, Serum GDF-15 levels were measured by ELISA. Results Serum levels of GDF-15 in patients with CHD were significantly higher than those in controls. The Gensini scores were positively correlated with GDF-15 levels in patients with CHD as the number of coronary lesions increased. Linear regression analysis showed a linear relationship between them. Conclusion The level of serum GDF-15 is closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease. GDF-15 level may be used as a predictor of the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with CHD.
