义176井完钻井深3958米,完钻密度为1.78g/cm3。该井的二开为311.2mm,裸眼井段长达3000米,地层成岩性差,蒙脱石含量高,易水化膨胀。钻井液粘切低易导致沉砂卡钻,粘切高易糊井壁,造成假缩径。该井三开钻穿的层位为沙三段、沙四段。在施工中将遇到破碎易坍塌地层,含盐膏层、高压油气层、H2S气层,在沙四段存在着易漏失地层。根据以上地层岩性特点,选用聚合物防塌、聚磺钻井液、双聚承压钻井液体系,通过在该井的施工都取得了良好的应用效果。

In the process of construction, it will encounter crushed collapsible stratum, salty paste layer, high-pressure oil and gas reservoir and H2S gas reservoir, and there are easily lost reservoirs in the fourth member of Shahejie Formation. According to the characteristics of above strata lithology, the selection of polymer anti-collapse, polysulfide drilling fluid, dual pressure drilling fluid system, through the construction of the well have achieved good results.
