新课程所倡导的教育评价是发展性评价。其基本理念是必须以人为出发点,促进个体和谐发展。即关注个体的处境与需要,促进个体价值的实现和激发人的主体精神,而不是分数和分数的准确性。评价一个学生将更为关注如何使评价对象最大程度地接受而不是结果本身。给予多次评价机会,重在促进评价对象的转变与发展;鼓励将评价贯穿于日常的教育教学行为中,使评价日常化、通俗化。做为班主任,应从方方面面关注学生的成长。我校一年级每班有四十多人,不算是小班额,我们需要一种评价方式,用来记录每个学生的成长,以促进其发展。这种评价应当方便、快捷。学生人数较多,就应该让教师(还有学生自己)操作起来方便。学生
