为了避免每种病虫害和预测预报模型都开发各自的应用系统而造成的重复开发和资源浪费,研发了农业病虫害预测预报预警系统。系统以网络地理信息系统(Web GIS)为底层框架,通过Java语言的强大功能,将病虫害数据库、气象数据库、预测预报模型数据库有机结合起来,将数字结论转化为直观易懂的电子地图,通过地理信息系统显示出来,有效、方便地为农业病虫害预测预报预警服务;系统将病虫害数据库和预测预报模型数据库设计成动态结构,能够将各种模型和病虫害的资料根据需要动态的添加到系统中。
In order to avoid the repeated development and waste of resources caused by the development of their own application systems for each pest and disease forecasting model, an early warning system for forecasting and forecasting agricultural pests was developed.
