为提高无线包交换网络上视频传输的稳健性,提出了一种多描述编码的多路传输方案。方案对各描述的每个slice数据进行包级别的R eed-So lom on编码。基于无线信道模型的假设,利用M arkov判决树算法,为各slice的数据包选择最优的传输路径。在每个传输路径中,对所分配的数据包进行交织发送,以进一步提高抗突发丢包的能力。实验结果表明:该方案相对单路传输在相同编码速率的前提下平均峰值信噪比提高了3.81~5.84 dB,该方案可显著提高无线网络中视频传输的鲁棒性。
In order to improve the robustness of video transmission over wireless packet switched networks, a multi-transmission scheme with multi-description coding is proposed. The scheme performs packet-level Reed-So lom on encoding for each slice of data described. Based on the assumption of the wireless channel model, M arkov decision tree algorithm is used to select the optimal transmission path for each slice of data packets. In each transmission path, the assigned data packets are interleaved and sent, so as to further improve anti-burst loss capability. Experimental results show that the average peak signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of this scheme is improved by 3.81-5.84 dB compared with that of single channel transmission under the same coding rate. This scheme can significantly improve the robustness of video transmission in wireless networks.
