沙龙宴餐饮责任公司是一家原生态的民营企业,1995年成立工会组织,现有工会会员500余人。十余年来,公司建立健全了以职代会为基本形式的民主管理制度,依靠职工办企业,实现了企业和职工的“双赢”。公司由成立之初的80万元资产,发展成为拥有4家大型酒店,年纳税300万元的餐饮连锁店,先后被评为“全国双爱双评先进企业”、全省厂务公开优秀单位,公司工会被评为“全国模范职工之家”。近日,笔者就民营企业如何建立以职代会为基本形式的民主管理制度,促和谐发展话题,采访了宜昌市沙龙宴餐饮有限责任公司董事长张光美。
