少儿学游泳时,水过胸部就会感到头重脚轻、呼吸困难,有一个共同的特点就是怕水、怕喝水、怕呛水、怕沉下去脚踩不着底等等。这是我们教师遇到的困难之一。如何使孩子们消除怕水心理,又怎样让更多的孩子从小学会游泳,强进健康,锻炼意志,掌握游泳本领呢?我们举办的暑期少儿游泳班,收到了较好的效果。我们的教学方法和体会是:
When children learn to swim, the water will feel top-heavy and breathless when passing the chest. One common feature is the fear of water, fear of drinking water, fear of drowning, fear of sinking, and difficulty in sinking. This is one of the difficulties encountered by our teachers.
