小学生正处在身体发育的阶段,身体各功能器官还没有发育成熟,在进行力量和弹跳力练习时往往要以徒手与轻器械练习为主,但一些教师喜欢单纯用深蹲跳或蛙跳练习来发展学生的腿部力量,提高弹跳能力,结果学生往往会觉得枯燥无味,对练习失去兴趣,同时在学生心理上造成很大的负面影响。针对这一现象,笔者在体育课教学与训练中,以两人合作兴趣跳练习形式来练习,不仅课堂气氛活跃,教学效果也好,而且提高了学生的协调和合作能力。

In response to this phenomenon, the author exercises in the teaching and training of physical education in the form of two people interested in jumping exercises, not only the classroom atmosphere is active, the teaching effect is also good, but also enhances the student’s coordination and cooperation ability.
