目的研究饮食疗法治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果。方法选取在本院接受治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组——实验组和对照组,每组30例。给予对照组患者传统疗法进行治疗,在此基础上,给予实验组患者饮食疗法进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,实验组的血糖变化情况明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的不良妊娠结局发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的33.33%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食疗法对于治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者具有较为良好的效果,可以改善患者的血糖水平以及妊娠结局,值得在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To study the effect of diet therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty cases of gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were selected as the research object. They were divided into two groups (experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group) by random number table. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional therapies. On this basis, the patients in the experimental group were treated with dietary therapy, and the therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the changes of blood glucose in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (33.33% And the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Diet therapy has a good effect on the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus, which can improve the blood sugar level and pregnancy outcome of patients, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
