随着社会政治、经济的发展,大型活动日益增多,安全事故时有发生,其后果及影响往往很大,成为大城市(特别是国际大都市)社会活动中的特殊风险。应用风险评估相关技术,如何有效地预防和控制大型公共活动事故的发生,控制大型公共活动风险,已成为世界各国政府高度重视的问题。笔者结合实践,对大型活动安全风险评估的应用及其存在的问题进行了分析。 With the socio-political and economic development, large-scale activities are increasing day by day, and accidents often occur. Their consequences and influences are often large and have become special risks in the social activities of large cities (especially international metropolises). How to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of large-scale public events and control the risks of large-scale public events by applying the technology of risk assessment has become a problem that governments of all countries in the world attach great importance to. Based on the practice, the author analyzes the application of the safety risk assessment of large-scale activities and its existing problems.
