本实验运用镇痛药理指标来探讨天麻钩藤饮等平肝熄风三方的体内药物动力学过程与参数。在试用两倍临床等效剂量时，三方对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应均具有一定的抑制作用，并呈相应的量效关系。天麻钩藤饮的最低起效剂量为０４２ｇ／ｋｇｐｏ，相当于临床等效剂量的效应消退半衰期为０５１小时，效应维持时间为４３０小时，体存血药浓度达峰时间为０９４小时。镇肝熄风汤相应为０１１ｇ／ｋｇｐｏ，０５０小时，１３８０小时（达峰时间未能测算出）；建瓴汤相应为０２２ｇ／ｋｇｐｏ，０６６小时，１１３２小时，１９８小时。此外，还就研究方法学及该类方剂的临床运用等问题作了探讨
