广东省电焊机厂自行设计试制成功了新型斜铁式BX_1—250—1交流弧焊机,于82年11月通过技术鉴定,已小批试产。该机是我国七十年代中期发展的一种焊接性能较好的交流焊机,是上级下达该厂新产品科研项目,属该厂第二代节能焊机,也是自该厂生产焊机以来,绝缘等级从B级提高到H级的第一台焊机产品。 BX_1—250—1交流弧焊机具有下列特点:下降外特性较陡和空载电压较高,引弧容易,飞溅小;电弧弹性较稳定,焊接流畅,没有偏吹断弧现象;焊缝成型美观,能适应各种位置施焊;可以使用φ2～φ7毫米的涂药焊条,特别适合碱性焊条焊接各种低碳钢
