文中介绍用单板计算机实现核探测仪的多项指标自动测量的检测仪器,并对仪器的组成、工作原理和数据处理方法方面进行了讨论。该仪器能测量坪特性、能量分辨率及峰—康比等多项重要指标。由于仪器使用了计算机,硬件大量减少,过去由电路完成的工作,现在只需要通过编程就可实现。仪器中数据的获取由计算机完成。测量曲线可及时显示在示波器上。数据处理采用两种方式:一种由计算机自动完成;另一种由人机对话方式完成。处理结果显示在数码管上。实践证明,该检测仪不需要严格的使用环境,操作方便,测量快速直观。安全可靠,可大幅度提高检测精度,降低检测成本,适合现场使用。
This paper introduces a single computer using a nuclear detector to achieve a number of indicators automatic measurement of detection equipment, and the instrument composition, working principle and data processing methods were discussed. The instrument can measure the Ping characteristics, energy resolution and peak - Kang than a number of important indicators. Because the instrument uses a computer, a substantial reduction in hardware, the work done by the circuit in the past, now only need to be programmed. Instrument data acquisition by the computer to complete. Measurement curves can be promptly displayed on the oscilloscope. Data processing using two ways: one by the computer automatically; the other by man-machine dialogue completed. Processing results displayed on the digital tube. Practice has proved that the detector does not require strict use of the environment, easy to operate, fast and intuitive measurement. Safe and reliable, can greatly improve the detection accuracy, reduce detection costs, suitable for field use.
