采用特异性放免法测定运动员不同强度、不同方式运动前后外周血浆中内皮素 (ET)的含量 ,以探讨运动员运动时血浆 ET的变化规律。结果表明 ,不同强度、不同方式运动对血浆 ET的影响不同 ,运动强度越大 ,血浆 ET浓度增加越多 ,同时伴收缩压及血乳酸升高 ,并呈正相关 ,跑台力竭运动后血浆 ET浓度增加明显 ,而跑台恒负荷运动和自行车力竭运动不引起显著的血浆 ET的应答变化。提示运动是导致血浆 ET浓度升高的因素之一 ,升高程度具有运动强度的依赖性 ;同时 ,对于全民健身运动中锻炼者掌握适当强度的有氧运动而不致引起血压升高等身体不良反应提供了科学依据。
The levels of endothelin (ET) in peripheral blood plasma of athletes before and after exercise were measured by specific radioimmunoassay to explore the changes of plasma ET in athletes. The results showed that exercise with different intensities and different ways had different effects on plasma ET. The greater exercise intensity, the greater the plasma ET concentration, the systolic blood pressure and the increase of blood lactate. Concentration increased significantly, while treadmill treadmill exercise and exhaustive exercise bicycle did not cause significant changes in plasma ET response. It is suggested that exercise is one of the factors leading to the increase of plasma ET concentration, and the degree of increase is dependent on exercise intensity. At the same time, it is provided for exercisers in national fitness exercise to grasp appropriate intensity of aerobic exercise without causing adverse reactions such as increase of blood pressure The scientific basis.
