本实验对10头中国实验用小型猪采用在1侧后磨牙上粘固联冠的方式建立咬合创伤动物模型,按创伤持续时间分为3周和6周两大组,每组又分为届时处死和去除联冠休息2周后处死两个阶段。另以4头作对照。分别对其颞颌关节和咀嚼肌进行光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜的观察。结果显示:咬合创伤确实对颞颌关节和咀嚼肌产生了不同程度的影响,出现了创伤性改变、炎症反应、代偿性增生和退行性变化。本文支持咬合创伤是颔颌关节紊乱症的致病因素之一。
In this experiment, animal models of occlusal trauma were established on 10 Chinese experimental miniature pigs by the method of cementing the crowns on one side of the molars.
