叙事研究的方法对于教师需要的研究可行而且有效。通过对山村小学青年教师的叙事研究发现:总体上说,山村小学青年教师的五层次需要满足水平都不是很高,从而产生了一系列不良影响;影响山村小学青年教师需要满足水平的因素是多方面的。
