对连续玄武岩纤维(CBF)增强S-157酚醛树脂复合材料进行了研究。考察了树脂含量、纤维单丝直径、纤维股数对CBF/S-157复合材料弯曲性能和烧蚀性能的影响,并借助扫描电镜对其烧蚀表面形貌进行了观察,同时将CBF/S-157复合材料与高硅氧玻璃纤维(简称HSGF)/S-157酚醛树脂复合材料的弯曲性能和烧蚀性能进行了对比。结果表明:树脂含量在30%时,CBF/S-157复合材料弯曲性能和烧蚀性能最佳;CBF/S-157复合材料和HSGF/S-157复合材料的烧蚀性能相近,但前者的弯曲性能明显好于后者。
Continuous basalt fiber (CBF) reinforced S-157 phenolic resin composites were studied. The effects of resin content, fiber diameter and fiber number on the flexural and ablative properties of CBF / S-157 composites were investigated. The ablated surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The CBF / S -157 composites were compared with that of HSGF / S-157 phenolic resin composites. The results show that the CBF / S-157 composites have the best bending and ablation properties at 30% resin content. The ablation properties of CBF / S-157 composites and HSGF / S-157 composites are similar, Bending performance is significantly better than the latter.
