目的了解平阳县农贸市场出售食品中金黄色葡萄球菌污染状况及药物敏感性,为制定食品卫生安全防控措施提供依据。方法采集6个乡镇16个农贸市场的6大类食品样品共313份,根据GB 4789.10-2010进行金黄色葡萄球菌分离和鉴定,对肠毒素阳性菌株进行药敏试验。结果金黄色葡萄球菌总检出率为12.1%(38株),检出率较高的分别为猪肉(16.1%)、牛肉(14.3%)和水产干制品(15.4%);38株金黄色葡萄球菌产肠毒素菌株检出率36.8%(14/38)。药敏试验结果:对万古霉素、头孢唑啉和替考拉宁敏感;耐药率最高的是青霉素和阿莫西林(均92.9%),对苯唑西林、红霉素、四环素、庆大霉素、链霉素、利福平、环丙沙星有不同程度耐药。结论平阳县农贸市场出售食品中存在金黄色葡萄球菌污染,特别是产肠毒素菌株增加食物中毒发生的风险,应加强监督管理,确保食品卫生安全。
Objective To understand the pollution status and drug sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus in foodstuffs sold in PingYang County farmer’s market and provide the basis for formulating food hygiene and safety control measures. Methods A total of 313 food samples of 6 categories from 16 farmer’s markets in 6 townships were collected. Staphylococcus aureus was isolated and identified according to GB 4789.10-2010, and susceptibility test was conducted on the positive strains of enterotoxin. Results The total detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 12.1% (38 strains). The highest detection rates were pork (16.1%), beef (14.3%) and dried aquatic products (15.4% The detection rate of cocci enterotoxigenic strains was 36.8% (14/38). Susceptibility test results: sensitive to vancomycin, cefazolin and teicoplanin; the highest rates of resistance were penicillin and amoxicillin (92.9%), oxacillin, erythromycin, tetracycline, Qingda Mycophenolate, streptomycin, rifampin, ciprofloxacin have different degrees of resistance. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus pollution exists in foodstuffs sold in PingYang farmers market, especial the enterotoxin-producing strains increase the risk of food poisoning. Supervision and management should be strengthened to ensure food hygiene and safety.
