针对大采高采煤机的扭矩离合器装置,其扭矩轴因为频繁过载或受到较大冲击载荷发生断裂,整体式更换成本较高,更换困难且费时,严重影响煤矿生产效率的问题,设计了分体式的扭矩离合器装置。主要介绍了大采高采煤机的分体式扭矩离合器装置的结构和工作原理,通过该装置的应用,使更换方便快捷,节约成本,提高了煤矿生产效率和经济效益。
