目的:探讨19个短串联重复序列(STR)座位(D19S433、D5S818、D21S11、D18S51、D6S1043、D3S1358、D13S317、D7S820、D16S539、CSF1PO、Penta D、vWA、D8S1179、TPOX、Penta E、TH01、D12S391、D2S1338、FGA)基因多态性与胃肿瘤的关联。方法:利用毛细管电泳技术检测38例胃肿瘤患者19个STR座位的基因多态性并进行基因平衡(Hardy-Weinberg)分析,对照组为200例健康个体,通过统计学方法比较两组数据各位点基因频率。结果:实验组19个STR座位基因分布情况符合遗传规律,STR座位检测结果显示:实验组TH01-7、D5S818-15、D3S1358-18、D7S820-9、Penta E-23、D2S1338-19的频率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),D7S820-12、D12S391-17、D2S1338-20的频率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Penta E座位纯合子的实际频率显著低于理论频率(P<0.05)。结论:TH01-7、D5S818-15、D3S1358-18、D7S820-9、Penta E-23、D2S1338-19 6个基因座附近可能存在胃肿瘤的易感基因,D7S820-12、D12S391-17、D2S1338-20 3个基因座附近可能存在胃肿瘤的抑制基因,Penta E座位的杂合子表现可能增加患胃肿瘤的风险。
Objective: To explore 19 short tandem repeat (STR) loci (D19S433, D5S818, D21S11, D18S51, D6S1043, D3S1358, D13S317, D7S820, D16S539, CSF1PO, Penta D, vWA, D8S1179, TPOX, Penta E, TH01, D12S391, Association of D2S1338, FGA) gene polymorphisms with gastric tumors. METHODS: Capillary electrophoresis was used to detect genetic polymorphisms in 19 STR loci in 38 patients with gastric cancer and analyzed by Hardy-Weinberg. The control group consisted of 200 healthy individuals. Statistical analysis was performed to compare the data between the two groups. Gene frequency. Results: The distribution of the 19 STR loci in the experimental group accorded with the genetic laws. The results of the STR loci showed that the frequencies of the experimental groups TH01-7, D5S818-15, D3S1358-18, D7S820-9, Penta E-23, and D2S1338-19 were significant. The frequency of D7S820-12, D12S391-17, D2S1338-20 was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the actual frequency of the Penta E loci homozygotes was significantly lower than the theoretical frequency (P<0.05). 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: There may be susceptibility genes for gastric cancer near the 6 loci in TH01-7, D5S818-15, D3S1358-18, D7S820-9, Penta E-23, D2S1338-19, D7S820-12, D12S391-17, D2S1338- 20 Gastric tumor suppressor genes may exist near the 3 loci, and heterozygote performance at the Penta E locus may increase the risk of gastric cancer.
