随着科学技术的日新月异,人们的生活生产水平不断提高,因此人们对电能的需求量也越来越大,为了满足人们与日俱增的用电需求,各种大型的水电站应运而生。通常情况下,水电站采用的水轮机导水机构是由顶盖、支持盖、底环、控制环、连杆、简洁版等零件所构成的传动机构,而大型水电站中所采用的导水机构的结构也是如此。ALSTOM水轮机是目前世界上最大的水轮机,在大型水电站中,位于发电厂的ALSTOM水轮机是整个发电系统的核心。本文通过对ALSTOM水轮机的深入探析,并对ALSTOM提供的水轮机导水机构的结构设计和安装进行了论述,以供同行探讨。
With the ever-changing science and technology, people’s living standards continue to increase, so people’s demand for electrical energy is also growing. In order to meet the increasing demand for electricity, various large-scale hydropower stations have emerged. Under normal circumstances, the water turbine hydraulic structure adopted by the hydropower station is a transmission mechanism composed of a top cover, a support cover, a bottom ring, a control ring, a connecting rod and a concise version, and the structure of the water guiding mechanism used in a large-scale hydropower station is also like this. ALSTOM turbine is by far the largest turbine in the world. At large hydropower stations, the ALSTOM turbine at the power plant is at the heart of the entire power system. In this paper, ALSTOM turbine through in-depth analysis, and provided by ALSTOM turbine hydraulic structure design and installation are discussed for peer discussion.
