随着我国对耕地资源的保护和严格控制,致使很多单位的改建、扩建大都延伸到山坡地带,特别是一些高等院校建设新校,校区大多利用市郊的山地、荒坡,地形复杂,致使在工程建设中,基础部分建设成本急剧加大,从而导致单位的预算投资提高,加大了建设单位的资金压力。本文结合我院在新校区建设中的实际情况,谈一下如何更好地充分利用山地特点,最大可能的降低建设成本的几点思路。 With the protection and strict control over the cultivated land resources in our country, most of the units have been transformed and extended to hillside areas. In particular, some institutions of higher learning have set up new schools. Most of the campuses use mountainous and wasteland in the suburbs and the terrain is complicated.
