实验性矽肺染尘四个月,病理学诊断为KingⅢ级,出现矽结节和融合团块,再进行单纯P204 (OXPVidinum)和P204加活血化淤综合疗法,肺湿重由11.1g,治疗后降至5.2~6g(46~54%)。肺胶原由治疗前316mg,治疗后92~148mg(29~46%)。病理学观察有所逆转,出现吞噬细胞结节,胶原变性、着色浅、呈无定形残留状态,全肺充气较好,肺组织较软,有弹性;综合疗法优于单纯注射P204,残留的肺胶原低于P204组7.5~12%。并有排矽作用和死亡率低。
