陈琦伟:要把企业做成一栋别人可以住的房子我深深感到中国企业是一个企业一个样,每个企业的样子都跟领头人是一样的,一旦换了一个领头人,这个企业就不再是以前那个样子。中国企业经过20多年的发展,在世界上受到尊敬的企业几乎是没有,中国企业家在一起,更多讨论的是怎样少犯错误,而对国际企业来讲,这些问题不是问题。做一个企业应该把这个企业做成一栋别人也可以住的房子,不仅自己住在里面很舒服,你如果不住在这里面,别人也能够舒舒服服住进来,这样才是好的战略执行能力,好的战略执行能力跟个人密切结合起来,不一定见得这个企业是老企业。(陈琦伟:上海交通大学教授,亚商企业咨询股份有限公司董事长)
