波浪腹板工形构件在实际工程应用中,往往由于穿管线等使用功能要求需要在腹板中间开孔。目前,国内外很少看到波浪腹板开孔后抗剪及抗弯承载力研究的相关文献。通过大量有限元数值分析,研究开孔后波浪腹板工形构件截面剪应力的分布及变化,进而通过弹塑性屈曲分析,获得计算其抗剪承载力的拟合公式。此外,还讨论了开孔对波浪腹板梁受弯承载力及挠度的影响,以及开双孔时孔间距的影响。
Wavy web form components in practical engineering applications, often due to wear pipelines and other functional requirements require openings in the middle of the web. At home and abroad, few studies have been done on the shear strength and flexural capacity of open webs with corrugated webs. Through a large number of finite element numerical analysis, the distribution and change of shear stress on the cross section of the corrugated webs after open hole are studied, and then the fitting formula for calculating the shear strength of the members is obtained by elasto-plastic buckling analysis. In addition, the influence of the hole on the flexural capacity and deflection of the corrugated web beam and the influence of the hole spacing when the double hole is opened are discussed.
