目的:系统地探究强化岗前培训对于提高新入职医务人员医院感染防控能力的实际价值,为全面地做好医院感染的预防工作提供一定的理论参考。方法:选取2014年至2015年的新入职人员作为本次研究的主要对象,对期间新入职人员开展医院感染知识岗前培训,对比分析新入职员工培训前后的理论考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩及实施强化培训前后新入职员工的医院感染理论、操作考核及应急处理能力等指标。结果:与实施前比较,实施后新入职员工的理论考核成绩和实践操作考核成绩明显提高,其医院感染执行指标明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化医院感染知识培训能够有效地提高新入职的理论水平和操作水平,手卫生、无菌操作正确率等医院感染考核指标均明显上升,对于医院感染防控具有推动作用。
Objective: To systematically explore the practical value of strengthening pre-job training for improving the prevention and control of nosocomial infections of newly recruited medical staff, and to provide some theoretical references for the prevention of nosocomial infections in an all-round way. Methods: The new recruits from 2014 to 2015 were selected as the main targets of this study. During the period, new recruits were trained in pre-hospital nosocomial infection knowledge. The results of theoretical examinations before and after the training of new recruits were compared and analyzed. Implementation of intensive training before and after the new staff hospital infection theory, operational assessment and emergency response capabilities and other indicators. Results: Compared with the pre-implementation, the scores of theoretical examination and practical examination of newly recruited employees were significantly improved, and the performance indicators of hospital infection were significantly improved (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Intensified hospital infection knowledge training can effectively improve the theoretical and operational levels of new recruits, and significantly improve the indicators of nosocomial infection such as hand hygiene and aseptic manipulation, which can promote the prevention and control of nosocomial infections.
