目的 探讨凋亡相关基因Fas FasL表达与非小细胞肺癌细胞凋亡和临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学和脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记 (TUNEL)技术对 4 5例肺癌和 38例癌旁组织中的Fas和Fasl表达及凋亡细胞水平进行检测。结果 与癌旁组织比较 ,肺癌中FasL表达增加 ,Fas表达降低 ,凋亡细胞减少 ;FasL表达与组织类型有关 ;肺癌细胞凋亡水平在淋巴结转移和晚期癌组织中明显受抑 ;Fas表达阳性的凋亡细胞指数明显高于Fas表达阴性组。结论 细胞凋亡调控异常在肺癌发病中可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between apoptosis-related gene Fas FasL expression and apoptosis and clinicopathological features in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The expressions of Fas and Fasl in 45 lung cancer tissues and 38 para-cancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and TdT-mediated nick end labeling (TUNEL). Results Compared with adjacent tissues, the expression of FasL in lung cancer increased, the expression of Fas decreased, the number of apoptotic cells decreased; the expression of FasL was related to the type of tissue; the level of apoptosis in lung cancer was significantly inhibited in lymph node metastasis and advanced cancer tissues; Fas expression was positive The apoptotic index was significantly higher than that of Fas-negative group. Conclusion The abnormal regulation of apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of lung cancer.
