功率7mW及9.5mW的He-Ne激光辐射玉米干种子和湿种子,发现玉米幼苗中过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性增高。对POD的效应,辐射湿种子优于辐射干种子,而辐射干种子则比辐射湿种子更有利于CAT活性的增高。不同辐射时间之间无规律性差异。
He-Ne laser with 7mW and 9.5mW power was used to irradiate corn dry seeds and wet seeds, and the activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in maize seedlings were increased. The effect on POD was better in radiated wet seeds than dry radiated seeds, whereas radiant dry seeds were more favorable for CAT activity than irradiated wet seeds. There is no regular difference between different radiation time.
