随着服务计算和云计算的广泛应用,以大数据为基础的新兴商业模式促进了商业的快速发展。新兴的商业模式在电子商务、物流、客户服务关系等方面发生了巨大变化。一方面以电子流代替实物流,可以大量减少人力、物力,降低了成本;另一方面突破时间和空间的限制,使得交易活动可以在任何时间、任何地点进行,从而大大提高交易效率和成功率。本文以电视盒子为例说明新兴商业模式对传统媒体所带来的挑战和变革,包括传统电视媒体的不足,基于云计算的电视机顶盒的体系架构,大数据在电视机顶盒中的应用以及实现的技术细节,以及电视盒子未来竞争分析。
With the widespread use of service computing and cloud computing, the emerging business model based on big data has promoted the rapid development of commerce. Emerging business models have seen dramatic changes in e-commerce, logistics, customer service relationships and more. On the one hand, substituting electronic flow for physical logistics can greatly reduce manpower and material resources and reduce costs; on the other hand, breaking the time and space constraints allows trading activities to be conducted at any time and any place, thereby greatly improving transaction efficiency and success rate .
