Ｓｏａｖｅ手术治疗先天性巨结肠为常规术式之一。作者采用改良Ｓｏａｖｅ手术治疗１０例结肠、直肠良性疾病，取得较好疗效，１０例中成人先天性巨结肠５例，结肠息肉病３例，直肠骶骨瘘和直肠阴道瘘合并多发肛瘘各１例，作者介绍了改良手术方法，并就某些手术操作对术后的影响以及术后局部使用中药促进愈合的作用进行了讨论。
Soave surgery for congenital megacolon is one of the conventional surgical procedures. The authors used modified Soave surgery to treat 10 cases of benign diseases of the colon and rectum, and achieved better results. Among the 10 cases, there were 5 cases of congenital megacolon, 3 cases of colon polyposis, 1 case of rectal tarsal fistula and recto-vaginal fistula combined with multiple anal fistulas. The authors introduced an improved surgical approach, and discussed the effects of certain surgical procedures on postoperative and postoperative local use of Chinese herbs to promote healing.
