目的建立饮水中54种挥发性有机物的HS-GC/MS快速筛查方法。方法采用顶空分离技术和气相色谱/质谱法快速定性测定。结果测定54种挥发性有机物的SCAN模式检出限为0.0055~0.23mg/L,SIM的检出限为0.00010~0.013mg/L,工作曲线相关系数在0.9935以上。结论所建立的方法操作简单、分析速度快、定性准确,可作为饮用水中挥发性有机物快速测定的方法。
Objective To establish a rapid HS-GC / MS method for the determination of 54 volatile organic compounds in drinking water. Methods Rapid qualitative determination by headspace separation and gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. Results The detection limits of SCAN for the 54 volatile organic compounds were 0.0055-0.23 mg / L. The detection limits of SIM were 0.00010-0.013 mg / L. The correlation coefficients of the working curves were above 0.9935. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid, accurate and accurate. It can be used as a rapid method for the determination of volatile organic compounds in drinking water.
