针对一汽轻型车门铰链主体支承件——固定页板进行了弯曲成形工艺研究。介绍了该类复杂弯曲件弯曲成形工艺方案，工艺参数的计算与选取，以及双斜楔弯曲模具结构与设计。经实际应用表明，其工艺与模具设计合理，实用可靠，对同类产品具有一定的参考与指导作用。
For the FAW light door hinge main body support - fixed page bending process research. This paper introduces the bending process of complex bending parts, the calculation and selection of process parameters and the structure and design of double wedge bending molds. The practical application shows that its process and mold design is reasonable, practical and reliable, similar products have some reference and guidance.
